The Health Care Recruiters Association of Metropolitan Detroit is a non-profit organization of professional health care recruiters. The purpose of the organization is to provide:

• A supportive forum for professional networking.
• Promote educational development opportunities for its members.
• Monitor and influence the environment of health care recruitment, including recommendations for change in the practice of health care recruitment and retention.
• Promote the professions of nursing and allied health.

The goals of HCRAMD are to:

• Organize and promote educational development opportunities of Health Care Recruiters.
• Monitor and influence the arena in which health care recruitment functions and serve as a vehicle to implement recommendations to improve health care recruitment and retention.
