Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM; adjustments are made for conflicts with major holidays or other association events. Meetings are currently being held at Providence Hospital Medical Building, 22250 Providence Dr., Southfield, MI 48075, (behind hospital at 9 Mile and Greenfield), conference room 8C.

Each September the HCRAMD co- hosts an all day educational seminar with MIAHCR, the mid Michigan chapter, and each December a Holiday party is held, locations TBD by the respective committees.
